Porridge - Another Healthy Breakfast Option!
- Wash the strawberries & cut them in really small pieces. Place them in your breakfast bowl. Pour over the honey and a touch of lemon juice and leave for later (this can be prepared in advance – e.g. night before-in this case store in a fridge)
- Place the oats in a sauce pan. Pour over the milk.
- Bring it to the boil and reduce the heat to a medium-low. Add Flax seeds, Goji berries + any other seeds you like.
- Simmer for 5 -7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour over the strawberries, add ground cinnamon & mix until all flavors are combined (or pour the porridge first and top with the strawberry mix).
- Serve while still warm!
