Soft, fluffy and buttery brioche French toast can be enjoyed for breakfast, brunch or as a dessert. Serve it with your favorite topping or find inspiration in this post.

Instructions
In a shallow wide-bottomed bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon and milk.
Melt butter in a large skillet/frying pan (or on a griddle), on medium heat.
Dip a brioche slice in the egg mixture and transfer to the skillet. Repeat until you have filled skillet (but not over-filled). Cook until golden brown.
Once the bottom is golden brown, flip the slice over and cook until ready (golden brown), about 3-4 minutes in total.
Enjoy warm with anything you like!
Notes
Cut them into 1-inch (2.5-centimeter) thick slices. Either fresh or a day (or 2,3) old brioche will work just fine!
Brioche bread is sweet as is so the egg mixture does not need any sugar whatsoever. Also, when served with honey, maple syrup or another syrup of your choice it will be plenty sweet.
It’s best to cook the brioche on medium-high heat, but if it is burning, reduce the heat to medium-low.
