dark chocolate
, 70% Cocoa Content (60g)

teaspoons
honey
or more – depending on your taste

(pumpkin, sunflower)

Instructions
Toast the bread. Meanwhile combine ricotta with honey. Taste it and add more honey, if you feel like it’s not sweet enough.
Melt chocolate in a microwave (or over a pot of simmering water) and spread it over each toast. Add ricotta mixture, sliced banana and seeds.
Garnish with grated chocolate (optional).
