First melt chocolate with butter over a pot of simmering water (or in a microwave) and let it cool down.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, add sugar and whisk until foamy. Sift in flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth (start off with a spatula and finish off with mixer).
Add melted chocolate and mix until combined. Pour this mixture into a large baking pan lined with baking paper parchment.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F/180°C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take it out and top it with marshmallows & strawberries and transfer the pan back in the oven. Bake it for a further 10 minutes before taking them out from the oven.
Notes
Tip: If you are using large marshmallows, tear each in half first. You can do the same with strawberries. These brownies taste amazing topped with extra fresh strawberries!
