Ricotta chocolate banana toast with seeds will keep you going until lunchtime. This nutrient rich whole wheat toast is a perfect healthy breakfast option.
Toast the bread. Meanwhile combine ricotta with honey. Taste it and add more honey, if you feel like it’s not sweet enough.
Melt chocolate in a microwave (or over a pot of simmering water) and spread it over each toast. Add ricotta mixture, sliced banana and seeds.
Garnish with grated chocolate (optional).
