Strawberry Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing
This strawberry salad with poppy seed dressing is the perfect barbecue side dish. Combine strawberries, lettuce and spring onions with tasty 3-ingredient sweet dressing.
Servings: 4 (as side)
Ingredients
Strawberry Salad:
- 1 butter lettuce
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 spring onions
Poppy Seed Dressing:
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp balsamic reduction
Instructions
- Rinse lettuce, strawberries and onions under running water. Chop everything and place them in a serving bowl. Mix using salad servers or your hands.
- To make the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a jar/cup and pour over the salad. Mix the salad again, if needed.
- Serve immediately.
