This is a tutorial on how to make a Frozen cake/or a winter cake. It is for those who are not confident or who have difficulty covering the whole round cake with fondant & to get it right. Also this way you do not need to use so much blue fondant as you are not covering the whole cake. For a 17cm round cake/7’’(height: about 8cm) you will need 250g of blue fondant and about the same amount of white fondant.
