Apple & Cocoa Batter Crepes

So this had been on my list for quite a while and I just couldn’t make myself do it. But I have finally I ticked it off my list. I’ve done them! It is a great option for those who don’t want or can’t eat eggs for some reason!
Apple & Cocoa Batter Crêpes
Super delicious and easy Cocoa Batter Crepes recipe. Absolutely perfect to start your day or make them for your kids.
Servings: 10 Crepes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Apple Puree (140g)
- 1 cup Plain Flour (140g)
- 1 1/2 cup Milk (360ml)
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- Butter / Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until you get nice smooth batter.
- Heat a frying pan over a moderate heat. Add tiny piece of butter (or a few oil drops) in the pan. Pour in the batter. When you see the batter has set and the pancake has nice golden brown color underneath, turn it carefully over. Cook for a further 1/2 to 1 minute.
- Once ready, transfer onto a plate.
- Serve with your favorite sweet toppings!

Notes
To keep the pancakes as warm as possible, cover with another plate.
