Side dishes don’t have to be complicated – they just need to taste good and go with whatever’s on the table. Lately, I’ve been into Parmesan roasted potatoes because they are crispy and go with pretty much anything. If I want something fresh to go with pulled pork, burgers or grilled meats, I make red cabbage coleslaw. And when I am after comfort, spinach and potato casserole is the way to go.
