Orange cranberry smoothie is perfect for the winter season. It helps fight off flu and boosts your body with nutrients. This immunity boosting smoothie is also vegan and naturally gluten-free!
To make this orange cranberry smoothie you only need 5 ingredients and 5 minutes. Plus, a blender or a smoothie maker.
It’s a great way to start a day but I highly recommend combining this orange cranberry smoothie with something more so that your body gets enough energy that will keep you going until your next meal/snack.
My favorites are Fruity Energy Bars and Peanut Butter Banana Brownies. The brownies are rich in protein as well so there is no need to feel guilty that you have one or two for breakfast.

How to make orange cranberry smoothie
Peel the oranges and bananas and cut them into chunks. Place them into a blender altogether with frozen cranberries, milk and maple syrup.
Blend until well combined, pour into a glass and enjoy! It’s that easy and quick!
Ingredient Substitutions
Frozen cranberries – If you prefer buying fresh cranberries or that is what you have on hand, then go ahead and use those.
Almond milk – Use any plant-based milk you like.
Maple syrup – This orange cranberry smoothie tastes a little tart so a sweetener is a must. Maple syrup or honey are my favorites! You can also add more bananas (make sure they are ripe) or sweet medjool dates.
Non-vegan option – Use normal milk or for a thicker consistency try adding Greek yogurt to the mixture.

The flavor combination of orange and cranberry sounds just delightful! I agree a little tart, but your addition of maple syrup should be perfect to counteract that.
